KMGP was founded by Dr Khan and Dr Martins, who are experienced and passionate GPs. Working independently has allowed them to offer efficient and high quality private GP services.
As well as treating acute primary care ailments and chronic disease management KMGP are keen on health promotion and also offer bespoke Health Screening for patients.
From initial enquiry through to consultation, examination, investigation, diagnosis and treatment our patients experience a personal, calm, efficient and friendly service. KMGP have the freedom to refer to any private provider for onward investigations and management.
At KMGP we are committed to build long term relationships and continuity of care with patients offering them the best service possible during their health journey.

THE TEAM
Dr Vera Martins is an independent GP working in West Kent. She obtained her medical certificate in 2011 from Kings College London School of Medicine. She also has a Nutrition BSc from Kings College London. She became a GP in 2017 having completed her vocational training locally at the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. She has worked as an NHS doctor for over 10 years and has developed a broad range of skills and knowledge in all specialities of medicine. She has a special interest in women’s health, including menopause which she is completing her certification in, and is an experienced coil and intrauterine device fitter.
Dr Martins has previously worked in the Kent & Medway Post COVID Service since it started in May 2021 and has a particular interest in Long COVID.
She also has experience and a special interest in the care of older adults and has worked as a frailty GP in the Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone South areas. She enjoys managing complex medical needs and strives to promote holistic and integrative care for her patients.
Dr Martins has a clinic at Nuffield Hospital Tunbridge Wells on Tuesdays. She is also available for telephone and video consultations as well as home visits.
Dr Martins still continues to work as an NHS GP and is unable to see or treat any patients registered at South Park Medical Practice in Sevenoaks in her private practice.
Dr Hasan Khan is a private GP . He achieved his medical certificate in 2011 from Kings College London.
Prior to this he achieved a BSc in Biomedical Sciences, also at Kings College London.
He completed his MRCGP in 2016 having worked in a variety of specialities including; paediatrics & neonatology, obstetrics & gynaecology, dermatology, ear nose & throat medicine, urgent care & emergency medicine, palliative care, cardiology, vascular surgery, trauma & orthopaedics and general surgery.
He is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, the Independent Doctors Federation (IDF), British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM) and an Associate Member of the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine.
Having worked as a GP for over 10 years, he is equipped with a broad range of knowledge and experience in all specialties. He is highly professional and committed to offering up-to-date, evidence -based, holistic care for his patients. He focuses on treating his patients as individuals and offering ongoing support throughout their care; central to his core beliefs.
